HS Phoolka under attack by Fake and highly Controversial leaders of Organization

Ludhiana, Punjab: Genocide victims’ welfare society alleges he withdrew case against Tytler. The members of 1984 Sikh Katle-Aam Peerat Welfare Society (Punjab) today alleged that the AAP candidate HS Phoolka has withdrawn his anti-Sikh genocide case against congress leader Jagdish Tytler filed in Karkardooma Court of Delhi.

Surjit Singh and Gurdeep Kaur, president and women wing president, respectively, of the society said Phoolka has withdrawn complaint in Sikh genocide case on April 3 and now the next court hearing has been fixed for April 17.  “This case is related to Jasbir Singh, who is residing in USA and had sought court’s permission to depose in front of them. Sikhs residing in USA had already paid 1,850 US dollars to the lawyer through another lawyer Gurpatwant Singh Pannu,” alleged Gurdeep Singh.”

Meanwhile, denying the allegation HS Phoolka in a press statement said, “No case against Sajjan Kumar or any other accused has been withdrawn at all. In fact, the cases against Sajjan Kumar have been instituted and charge sheets were filed by CBI and I cannot possibly withdraw any of those cases.”

He further said the Sultanpuri case against Sajjan Kumar is presently in the trial court and the next date of hearing in the same is 14th April and 17th April. The cross-examination of prosecution witness no.1 is currently going on by the defense counsel and after his cross-examination the cross-examination of the other witnesses would proceed. In the Delhi Cant. case, appeal being argued by Phoolka is pending in the High Court against the order of the trial court and the next date of hearing is 28th May 2014.

Phoolka alleged Surjit Kumar never participated in any of these cases in any way whatsoever. He never had any link with or anything to do with any of the cases all these years, as is apparent from the record itself.

As far as the case of Jagdish Tytler is concerned, ADJ Anuradha Shukla Bhardwaj had rejected the clean chit given by CBI and had directed CBI to conduct further investigation in the case and record statement of Alam Singh, Santokh Singh and Resham Singh. Jagdish Tytler has challenged this order in the High Court and the next date in this case is 17th April. The CBI has been trying to locate the address of Alam Singh, who is in USA and has changed his address.

He said, “The other case against Jagdish Tytler was a defamation case filed by Phoolka in Ludhiana and the magistrate in Ludhiana had issued warrants against Tytler. Later this case was transferred by the Supreme Court to Delhi. That case is also currently pending in Patiala House court.”
