This message was sent by the then active Jathedar, Bhai Joginder Singh Vedanti and is available here. Even after being aware of the presence of the Hukamnama, many organizations, Gurdwara managements and self-made ex-freedom fighters ignored the message sent from Akal Takht and continued to invite the controversial Sikh preacher around the world. Many places attracted a huge opposition from common sangat.
