After this, the gates were closed by taking a Hukamnama. Sikh devotees were present in a huge count. Vice President of Sri Hemkunt Sahib Management Trust, S.Narinderjit Singh Bindra, informed that more than 1.5 lakh devotees glimpsed Sri Hemkunt Sahib.
He said that during the natural disaster of last year, damage of more than Rs. 5 crore was noted at the Gurdwara Sahib. Punjab Government donated Rs. 3 Crore to the Trust, but the Uttrakhand Government didn’t provide any help until now. The Trust fulfilled the damage with its own funds and with the blessings of Guru, all the tasks are completed. He said the Trust will try to make luxury arrangements in 2015, so that maximum devotees can visit Sri Hemkunt Sahib and can get blessings of Guru.
