Former DSGMC Chief Holds Closed Door Meeting with Akal Takht Sahib Jathedar

Amritsar, Punjab: MRITSAR SAHIB, Punjab (August 5, 2014)—DSGMC former chief Paramjit Sarna has asked Giani Gurbachan Singh to come forward and peacefully resolve the dispute with the Haryana Sikh Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee.

Sarna had a thirty minute closed door meeting with the Jathedar about resolving the issue with the Haryana Sikh committee.

He later talked to the media and said that he has also suggested for setting a high powered advisory committee consisting of Kuldeep Singh, R.S. Sodhi, Ajit Singh Bains, senior advocate K.T.S. Tulsi, H.S.Phoolka, Sikh scholars, and editors of various vernacular papers of Punjab.

The former president of DSGMC has also suggested the Jathedar to seek the committee report and act independently for the greater interest of the Sikh community.
