Ludhiana, Punjab: The Punjab government today banned a former Delhi High Court Judge, Justice TS Doabia, from inquiring into the December 5 violence against Sikhs on the plea that his presence threatened law and order in the city. The government, however, could not prevent Sikh activists from giving their written statements as 76 of them, including 12 injured in the firing, informed the panel in writing of the happenings on the day.
Justice Doabia was asked by Delhi Sikh Gurdwara Management Committee (DSGMC) chief Paramjit Singh Sarna to look into the incidents that forced the police to open fire leading to killing of a Sikh activist.
The retired Judge reached the Gujjarkhan campus in the city today and heard only one activist, when he was told by the Senior Superintendent of Police that he could not conduct an inquiry in Ludhiana.
Justice Doabia immediately stopped listening to activists as he said he was a strict law- abiding citizen as he had dealt with the law throughout his life. He said he would follow the orders of the SSP.
However, secretary, DSGMC, Kartar Singh Kocchhar, took the statements of Sikh activists. Despite barricading the area heavily, the police could not stop the radical Sikhs from reaching the venue. The SSP, SS Gill, was himself seen controlling the situation.
They said the rest of the inquiry would be conducted in Delhi and the DSGMC would send a special bus to Ludhiana to fetch activists.
Chief Minister Parkash Singh Badal, who was in the city today to inaugurate the Jagannath Rath Yatra, said they had to ban the inquiry as it was actually threatening the law and order situation. Criticising Sarna, the Chief Minister said he wanted Punjab to burn. He was indulging in such activities to create trouble in the state. ‘‘What is his locus standi to order an inquiry into the episode?’’ asked Badal.

Indipendent human rights protecting organisations should probe the mis-happenings to bring the truth in people. Punjab govt. should re-order the inquery by a sitting judge of high court in spite of a magistrate. If the people from Bihar can come to collect the facts, i think there is no harm if any one comes from Dehli because in first look it appears that the connections between the things done by labourers from other stats in punjab and the function of Asutosh in ludhiana, the role of state govt. and machinary was very astonsing and it looks that sikhs are not safe even in punjab and they can not do peaceful protest against the RSS sponserd play after the killing of Rulda Singh president of Rastary Sikh Sangat,a sister concern of RSS. Jagjit Singh Mukandpuri.
What for, the extra-ordinary interest shown by Justice T S Doabia (retired) to conduct inquiry at Delhi Itself?
What inference could be drawn from the interest shown by Justice T S Doabia (retired) to conduct inquiry in ‘Ludhiana Police Firing’ at Delhi Itself?
Was the interest shown by Justice T S Doabia (retired) to conduct the inquiry especially at Delhi Itself, not a pointer to draw the only inference that the commissions appointed in this country so far, were neither independent nor acted impartially and so the Indian judiciary?
Now, the serious question arises as to where the common man should approach and get justice?

Why the demand of Judicial inquiry only in Ludhiana? What about the probe in the Politics of Injustice like in the issues of the Politics of Poverty and the Idleness in India, as was the investigation also lingering on in the 1984 Massacre of Sikhs.
Did ever similarly asked by DSGMC president Paramjit Singh Sarna etc to Justice T S Doabia (retired) or to any other panel to probe into the guilty of engineering and abetting the 1984 massacre of Sikhs, the State- Sponsored Violence against Sikhs, and yet, are required to be conducted and the accused have to be prosecuted under section 120-B of IPC etc along with the pending cases?
Aren’t the demand and the Ludhiana police firing inquiry the part of Indian dirty politics and eyewash?

The Guilty Of Engineering and Abetting the 1984 Massacre of Sikhs Be Prosecuted After the Investigation in the Pending Cases
Was the then entire government machinery not to be held responsible and guilty of engineering and abetting the 1984 massacre of Sikhs, the State- Sponsored Violence against Sikhs and be prosecuted under section 120-B of IPC etc after the investigation in the pending cases?
Or
Are all the criminals responsible for the `genocide of Sikhs’ or the `State-Sponsored Violence’ against Sikhs not be allowed to take the plea in defence of the then PM (Rajiv Gandhi) who almost rationalized the killing,”?
Or
Was the then PM Rajiv Gandhi not the main accused for the `genocide of Sikhs’ or the `State-Sponsored Violence’ against Sikhs?
Or
Whether in case, the main accused (Rajiv Gandhi) stands killed by a ‘Human Bomb’, the other co-accused, who remained the part and parcel of the then entire government machinery, responsible for the `genocide of Sikhs’ or the `State-Sponsored Violence’ against Sikhs, were exempted in the investigation or can not be prosecuted after the investigation in the pending cases, now?
Because, the justice is being denied, intentionally and deliberately, as experienced, then, under the circumstances, every possibility could to be seen as impossibility in India.

It is interesting to note that victims of the 1984 anti-Sikh pogroms are criticizing the traitor Paramjit Sarna of only working for political gains. He does anything that is against the opposition as he has openly supported the Congress in the past. And sometimes he is seen in pictures with rss agents too. Down with the Congress and the Badal Dal.
Sarna DOES NOT represent the Sikhs of Delhi, the same way Badal does not represent the Sikhs of Punjab. The Sikhs of Delhi are independent and Sarna can not do things on their behalf. Dhan Dhan Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji. Dhan Dhan Sri Guru Gobind Singh ji di bani.
