Court Case against Polish Border Guard: Appeal date postponed

Poland: The hearing of the Appeal against the ruling of a lower Court in the case agains the Polish Border Guard has been postponed till the 12th Feb 2013. Announcing this, the Claimant Shaminder Puri, stated that while this is a disappointment  it gives us time to submit additional evidence and to mobilise public opinion n favour of a positive ruling.
