Chandigarh, Punjab: Urging the Centre to make public the “black list” of Sikhs, Congress MLA Jassi Khangura on Tuesday demand- ed a “pragmatic review”, saying a number of blacklist- ed persons had never been involved directly or indirectly in militancy. “The list must be made acces- sible under the Right to Information Act. It needs to be pragmatically reviewed as it includes numerous injustices,” the Qila Raipur MLA said at a press conference.
