A greatest service of deaf and dumb children. Bhagat Puran singh is like mother Tressa. But he and now Bibi Dr. Inderjit kaur is getting much less money than Mother Tressa got from the world. I thank a lot Dr. V.S. ji who has donated a big amount for for this great cause of a school for deaf and dumb children. I appeal all the DOCTORS in the world to help Pingalwara because this institution serving sheltor, food and education to orphans, handicaped, mentally retarded, blind, dumb, deaf kids, gents and ladies. To give help to this instition is much more than to donate any religious place.
