<description>UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon in remarks to the General Assembly

Never forget the victims of atrocities and crimes in so many places. They number in the millions. Those losses have permanently stained the history of the 20th century. Together, in this century, we can chart a different course.

UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon in remarks to the General Assembly on the Responsibility to Protect (principle adopted by world leaders in 2005) - New York, 21 July 2009

In continuation of the remarks, I wish to submit the addition before Hon’ble UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon as under:

UN REQUESTED
About the killings, missing or disappeared Sikhs in India especially in Punjab to prepare comprehensive report to punish those responsible
http://www.etaiwannews.com/etn/news_content.php?id=1016736&amp;lang=eng_news
UN says Nepal missing haven&#039;t been investigated
Similar is the position about killings, missing or disappeared Sikhs in India especially in Punjab.

Who initiated or took part or kept on igniting so called and or planned insurgency are working and projected as political activists and being done so under the garb of religious personalities etc or otherwise at the instance of central agencies.

Such elements, characters remained protected, untouched and unharmed.

Will any of the internationally known, reputed independent agencies of the world be allowed to monitor and or to ascertain the truth as to why those responsible for the disappearances even allowed holding high positions and being projected so honourably in India?

UN REQUESTED-Would ever the inquiry like Kanishka bombing, ‘the Canadian public probe into the 1985 Air India bombing that claimed 329 lives’ also be held seriously about the killings, missing or disappeared Sikhs in India especially in Punjab to prepare comprehensive report to punish those responsible?
